Our Services ("we," "our," or "us") operates the business management platform at ourservices.net and related mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information, including our SMS and text messaging program (Our Services Customer Notifications).

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Business name, contact information, and branding preferences
• Employee and customer information (name, phone number, email)
• Mobile phone numbers for customers who have consented to receive SMS (appointment and service-related messages). We do not use those numbers for third-party marketing.
• Appointment, estimate, invoice, and service records
• Payment and subscription information (processed by Stripe on ourservices.net)
• Device and usage information needed to operate the app

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve Our Services
• Process payments and manage website subscriptions
• Send service notifications, reminders, and transactional messages by email and/or SMS when consent has been obtained
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with applicable law and protect our rights

4. Information Sharing — We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information — including mobile phone numbers — with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information only:

• With your consent
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights and safety
• With service providers who help us operate the product (e.g. Stripe for customer payments and owner plan subscriptions on the website, hosting providers, and Twilio for SMS delivery). Twilio delivers SMS on our behalf and does not use phone numbers for its own marketing.
• Within your business organization (owners, employees, and customers as configured by the business owner)

5. SMS Privacy Statement

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide messaging services (for example, delivery via Twilio).

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS notifications are used solely for customer communications related to an existing business relationship (appointments, service updates, estimates, invoices, and similar transactional messages).

6. SMS and Text Messaging

Our Services operates a first-party text program called Our Services Customer Notifications. Our Services sends the messages from the Our Services app / platform (via Twilio). This is not affiliate marketing, lead generation, or selling consent to other companies.

What we send. Transactional messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival notifications, service updates, estimate/invoice links on ourservices.net, payment links, and follow-ups. Messages start with "Our Services:" and may name the service provider scheduled in the app (for example, your appointment with ABC Plumbing) for clarity.

How opt-in works. End users consent to receive SMS from Our Services before texts are sent — including verbal consent (see script below). Businesses using the app must accept SMS program terms before enabling texts and may only include customers who consented to Our Services messages.

Example verbal opt-in:

"Hi [Customer], this is about Our Services texts. Our Services can send you appointment reminders and service updates by text from the Our Services app. Messages start with Our Services and may mention your service provider. You may also get estimate or invoice links. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out, or HELP for help. After a Yes, Our Services may send a confirmation text. More detail: https://ourservices.net/legal/sms.

How often. Message frequency varies based on scheduled services and account activity.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

7. Data Security

We use appropriate safeguards, including:

• Password hashing
• HTTPS / TLS in transit
• Token-based authentication
• Multi-tenant isolation between businesses

8. Data Retention

We retain business, customer, and messaging-related data (including opt-in phone numbers) while the business account is active and as needed for service delivery and legal obligations. You may request deletion as described below.

You may access, update, or delete your information as described in the app and on our deletion page.

10. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

Our Services is multi-tenant. Each business's data is isolated from other businesses. Access within a business is controlled by the owner's permissions.

11. Children

Our Services is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
